Quality Assurance is popularly known as QA Testing; it is defined as an activity & assurance. We at Shiv Om Brass Industry ensure by providing the best possible product/service to customers. We focus on improving the processes to deliver Quality Products to our valued customers.

Quality assurance has a defined cycle called the PDCA Cycle or Deming Cycle. The phases of this cycle are Plan, Do, Check & Act.

  • KRV International plans and establishes the process-related objectives and determines the processes that are required to deliver a high-quality end product.
  • Development and testing of Processes and also “do” changes in the processes.
  • Monitoring of processes, modifying the processes and checking whether it meets the predetermined objectives.
  • Implement actions that are necessary to achieve improvements in the processes.

KRV International, use Quality Assurance to ensure that the product is designed and implemented with correct procedures. This helps to reduce problems and errors in the final product. Our aim of Quality control is to check whether or not the products meet the specifications and requirements of the customer, which evaluates people on their quality level skill sets and imparts training and certifications. Shiv Om Brass helps provide “perfect” service to our valued customers globally.


Quality Objectives :
  • Total customer satisfaction by providing high level of quality on our products and services at competitive costs.
  • To achieve timely delivery for a minimum of 90% orders, subject to agreed terms and conditions.
  • Provide Continuous training to all employees with at least 4-5 Hrs. within a month to upgrade their knowledge and improve their skills.
  • To Reduce Internal rejection and control within 2% target for each batch or in process.
  • To Minimize Customer Complaints & non-conformities in products, process, and quality system by at least 2% every year.
  • 100% Prompt Response within 48 Hours to Customers & Suppliers.
